This site is operated by SC Ristlin Brands SRL, a small business dedicated to creating unique and authentic products. We focus on providing quality products, crafted with care and passion.

2. Products and availability

We strive to provide accurate information about our products, but please note that product aspects (color, texture, etc.) may vary slightly depending on your monitor or production batch. In the event that a product is unavailable, we will inform you and give you the option to choose another product or to be notified when the product is back in stock.

3. Prices and payments

The prices displayed on the site include VAT, but do not include delivery fees. The delivery fee is fixed, in the amount of 15 lei, and will be added to the total of your order at the time of completion of the purchase.

4. Orders

To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart, fill in the delivery information and follow the steps to complete the purchase. Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email. If you encounter any difficulties, do not hesitate to contact us.

5. Delivery

We process orders within 1 to 10 days of payment confirmation. Delivery is by courier, and the shipping fee is fixed, 15 lei, regardless of the destination.

If there are any delays or problems with delivery, we will contact you to keep you updated.

6. Returns and exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchases, but if you are not, you can return the products within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be in their original, unaltered and unused condition.

For returns, please contact us at ristlin.ro@yahoo.com and we will provide you with detailed instructions. Return costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

7. Copyright and intellectual property

All materials on this site, including designs, texts and images, are protected by copyright and may not be copied, distributed or used without our prior permission.
