Whether you're going through a difficult time, need emotional support, or want to learn more about your rights, there are people and organizations that can help. What's more, animals can be an incredible emotional support, and adopting one can change two lives – yours and theirs.
We've gathered some useful resources here, from free helplines to support centers, online therapy services, and places where you can adopt a non-verbal friend.

Emabarba.com – A project founded by Cristi and Ema, who set out to help people find their inner peace through meditation, breathing and yoga classes. With over four years of experience, they create accessible and effective programs for anyone who wants to improve their well-being.
Hedepy.ro – A platform through which you can quickly find the right psychologist for you and start online therapy sessions, depending on your needs and pace.
