Transportation policy
Orders on ristlin.ro are shipped via Cargus express courier, with a one-time cost of 15 lei, regardless of destination. For orders over 200 lei, delivery is free, and for orders over 500 lei we offer free shipping + a gift t-shirt.

- Delivery is made by fast courier Cargus in Romania.
- The delivery time is between 3-10 working days from payment confirmation.

- 15 lei for all orders under 200 lei

After shipping your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track the delivery status.

2. Damaged or missing products
If you receive a damaged product or products are missing from the package, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Right of return
According to the legislation in force, you have the right to return products ordered online within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to provide a reason. This right only applies to products that are in their original condition, unused and with intact labels.
How to return a product

Return costs
- Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or does not correspond to the order.
- If the product is defective, please contact us and we will cover the return costs.
Conditions for return
- Returned products must be in new condition, unused and with labels intact.
- Personalized products or products that are not in their original condition cannot be returned .
- The return will be made via the same courier method used for delivery.
Refund
After the returned product arrives back to us and is inspected, we will process the refund of the amount paid within 14 calendar days . The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase.
